How to Cancel eDeltaPro subscription

Cancelling your subscription to eDeltaPro is simple. If you are currently on a Premium plan you may cancel by visiting the Profile Page and click the "Cancel Plan" link.

Here is a detailed description of the process:

On a Desktop (Recommended)

Click on the PROFILE page to enter that Profile page.

Main Menu - Profile Button

Once on the Profile Page, click on the CANCEL link on the "Plan" Section.

Follow the instructions.

If you are on a mobile

Click the icon to display the menu

Click the PROFILE to access the Profile page.

Via PayPal

If you choose PayPal as you payment partner you may also cancel the subscription directly via PayPal. As soon as your subscription is cancelled by PayPal they will notify us and you subscription will be also cancelled in eDeltaPro system as well.

by Mail

If you have any difficulty canceling canceling our plan write to us. Our support will be happy to assist so you can cancel your subscription, or doing it for you.

Given the nature of our service all purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and using any of the procedures described above. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.


